"Game of Thrones" stars are all under serious scrutiny right now as the final season begins to unfold. Fans everywhere are watching the cast and their significant others’ every move, just waiting for the moment when one of them accidentally spills the beans about a major plot point.
Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark in the series, is the most recent "GoT" actress to come under fire. In honor of the premiere of season eight, Turner took to Instagram to reveal a photo of herself taken during filming, with the caption, “In honour of the final season of Thrones premiering tonight …. Here’s a picture of me asleep on set.” Seems like a pretty harmless post, right?
Fans are all over the picture, wondering if it could possibly be some sort of teaser about Sansa Stark’s fate in the show. Most comments point to the fact that Turner absolutely looks dead, not just asleep, in the photo she’s posted.
Instagrammers from all over have flooded to the comments section in fear to ask if the photo could be a bit of foreshadowing.
Turner herself has yet to comment on whether or not the image is actually some sort of clue, but we have to imagine that she must know to some degree that people will be watching her every move, hoping for any and all inside info about how the season will play out.
