People have been rallying behind all-star “Jeopardy!” contestant James Holzhauer since he began his impressive winning streak 32 games ago. But a viral video that appears to be a leaked clip from Monday night’s yet-aired episode shows what could be the end of the road for Holzhauer.

The clip shows all three contestants giving a correct Final Jeopardy answer – “What is Kit Marlowe?” – however, Holzhauer’s modest wager left him about $20,000 behind Emma Boettcher in net gains.

Holzhauer is a good sport about the loss, immediately walking over to Boettcher’s podium for a high five after a well-deserved win for that round.

While it was predicted that Holzhauer was on track to surpass record-holder Ken Jennings, finishing in second place on Monday’s episode would leave Holzhauer’s total earnings at a cool $2,464,216. His 32-game winning streak leaves him close behind record-setter Ken Jennings, whose 74-game winning streak left him with a total of $2,520,700 in 2004.

Jennings, however, has referred to Holzhauer’s gameplay as “phenomenal.”

The clip leaked on Sunday, forcing Sony Pictures to step in with copyright concerns. The New York Post reached out to Sony and Holzhauer for comment, but neither responded.
