Matt Lauer Selling Mansion for $44 Million After Divorce

If you’re in the market for a new vacation home, Matt Lauer’s Hamptons mansion is on sale for $44 million.

Lauer’s divorce from Annette Roque is ust about signed, sealed, and delivered, and now one of the mansions must go! According to Page Six, the property is called North Haven estate, and it sits on 6.2 landscaped acres and just steps from the ocean.

Big families and lots of friends would totally be welcome, as the mansion has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to suit all guest needs.

There’s even a separate tea house that sits on the edge of a pond on the property.

And while Lauer and Roque will have to say goodbye to this particular Hamptons mansion, Roque will still be able to keep their other Hamptons property in Water Mill – a mere 40-acre horse farm. And that’s not even including the $20 million in other assets she’ll get to hold on to.

Things have been rocky for Lauer since sexual misconduct claims were filed against him back in 2017. Talks of divorce from his wife soon followed as well as his termination from “Today.”

Fans of “Today” couldn’t help but notice the blinding absence of Lauer in their recent 25th anniversary video released on Thursday.
