Trail Blazers' Season Ends With 119-117 Loss to Warriors

Swept in Western Conference Finals Series

May 20, 2019

The Portland Trail Blazers played a spectacular Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Nearly 40% from the 3-point line ... Wining the turnover battle ... MEYERS LEONARD! In the end it wasn't enough. The Warriors completed the sweep and won 119-117, tonight. They advance to the NBA Finals. Damian Lillard managed to put up 28 points and work though a separated rib injury. But the jewl of the game was Meyers Leonard. He put in an incredible 30 points and 12 boards. Portland now heads into the off-season with some difficult decisions in personel and desires in free-agency (...jimmy butler, perhaps...) Here are some highlights:

  • CJ McCollum put up 26 points
  • Zach Collins made a quality 10 points
  • Portland was close to shooting 40% from 3-point land
  • Did we mention MEYERS FREAKIN' LEONARD?
